Ryo Maeda, co-founder of SynZen, brings a dynamic blend of logistics, real estate, and India-Japan business expertise. A Kinki University graduate and former baseball athlete, he honed his skills in Japanese logistics and real estate development. Since 2022, he has driven real estate research and import ventures in New Delhi and Jaipur, backed by extensive business experience in Japan and India. In 2024, a pivotal meeting with Shubham in Japan led to the founding of SynZen in Mumbai, where he plays a vital role in connecting trusted Japanese clients.
Shubham Singh, Co-founder of SynZen and a seasoned Navigation Officer with a decade in the Merchant Navy, has sailed to over 50 countries, gaining unparalleled global insight. Holding a B.Sc. in Nautical Science and a Master’s in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, he has led diverse maritime and industry projects. In 2024, a serendipitous meeting with Ryo in Japan sparked a shared vision, blending maritime expertise with Japanese innovation. Together, they founded SynZen - a bridge connecting ambitious investors and businesses across India and Japan.
Preeti, Shubham’s wife and a dynamic business leader with over 15 years of global experience. Former Business Development Head for leading Japanese and European firms, she has driven growth across Dubai’s real estate sector and the lighting industry in Germany and Italy. Her international exposure has honed sharp expertise in market strategy, design innovation, and cross-cultural leadership. Chandrabhan Singh, Shubham’s father, is a distinguished veteran of the Indian Navy with over 20 years of service. Currently serving as Deputy Chief Security Officer at Tata Memorial Hospital for 17 years, he is widely respected across India for his charitable contributions and social impact.
